The majority of our products are hand-made to order. This allows us to be a lot more sustainable and guarantees personalisation options. We aim to ship your items within 2 business days following the date of purchase, but usually orders are made, packaged and shipped on the same day. Once your order is on its way to you, you'll receive an email notification from us.
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?
We're able to send packages all over the world. Items are sent from the UK, so please note that extra shipping fees may apply when ordering from a different country.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Once dispatched, UK orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days, International orders can differ and may take up to 21 days from dispatch.
WHY HAVE SOME OF MY ITEMS NOT BEEN SHIPPED TOGETHER?
As a lot of our items are made to order, items not being shipped together can be quite common, whether that's by mistake or for a logistical reason. you can be assured that there is no additional charge for us handling your order in this way, so don't be worried if you receive several confirmation emails.
