CAN I RETURN ITEMS TO YOU

Due to the print on demand service that we offer on most products, returns are NOT valid unless the item you have received is damaged or not up to the correct level of standard. If your item is damaged/broken, please email us with evidence via contact@projectfutbol.com so that we can advise you on the steps to take. We will offer a full refund or a new product at no extra cost, should the damage have taken place through the delivery process.

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED.

We're sorry there has been an issue. Please email us at contact@projectfutbol.com with some images and an outline of the issue so we can resolve that for you.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us at contact@projectfutbol.com with your order number and information on the item you have mistakenly received. We will be sure to change this for you at no extra charge!.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
