CAN I RETURN ITEMS TO YOU?
Due to the print on demand service that we offer, returns are NOT valid unless the item you have received is damaged or not up to the level of standard. If your item is damaged/broken, please email us with evidence via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can advise you on the steps to take. We offer a full refund or a new product at no extra cost.
MY ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED/DEFECTED, WHAT DO I DO?
We're sorry there has been an issue. Please email us at email@example.com with some images and an outline of the issue so we can resolve that for you.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and information on the item you have mistakenly received. We will arrange a replacement item or a refund, depending on your choice and quality of the product.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
You'll be notified via email to confirm when your refund has taken place. The aim is to process refunds for returned items within 7 business days. Please be aware that refund times made to your debit/credit card depend on your bank or card issuer. .
